الجمعية الصحراوية لضحايا الألغام: انفجار لغم بمنطقة المحبس

 علمت الجمعية الصحراوية لضحايا الألغام مصادر متطابقة بانفجار لغم يوم الأربعاء، 15 أكتوبر 2020، في منطقة "لَعران" الحدودية الشمالية بالمحبس، غرب الجدار العسكري المغربي. الركاب كانوا مدنيين صحراويين، إلا أن الحادث لم يتسبب في وفيات. 

للتذكير، تشهد المناطق الصحراوية باستمرار حوادث الألغام التي تتسبب في خسائر بشرية و مادية، نتيجة الألغام المغربية المنتشرة بكثرة التي تشكل تهديدا مستمرا للمواطنين خاصة في المناطق القريبة من الجدار العسكري المغربي. 

في هذا الإطار، تشجب الجمعية الصحراوية لضحايا الألغام استمرار الجدار العسكري المغربي المدجج بملايين الألغام في الصحراء الغربية، كما تدعو العالم من أجل الضغط على المغرب لكي ينصاع لإرادة المجتمع الدولي و يوقع على اتفاقيتي حظر الألغام و القنابل العنقودية.

The Sahrawi Association of Landmine Victims (ASAVIM) have learned from identical sources of a mine explosion on Wednesday, October 15, 2020, in the northern border area of "Laaran" in the region of Mahbas, west of the Moroccan military wall. The passengers were Sahrawi civilians, but the accident did not cause any fatalities.

It is worth mentioning that the Sahrawi territories are constantly witnessing mine accidents that cause human and material losses, as a result of the abundant Moroccan mines that pose a constant threat to citizens, especially in the areas close to the Moroccan military wall.

In this regard, ASAVIM condemns the continuation of Morocco's heavily mined military wall in Western Sahara, and calls on the world to put pressure on Morocco to comply with the will of the international community and sign the agreements banning mines and cluster bombs.
